about
what this is
x-radio.fm is late-night radio for indie builders. One station. One clock. Everyone who comes in hears the same now — the host read, the YouTube bed, the break. It is not a podcast you start when you want. It is not a feed you scroll. There is no chat. The lamp is the company.
The room is shipping, MRR, launches, and the people who post that work in public. Crypto and politics stay off the desk.
how it works
The desk watches a circle of builders on X. When they mention someone who belongs here, that handle can join the circle. X's own news stories come through when they fit this room. If you build in public and want the desk to hear it, join the watchlist.
A night editor turns a post into a short host read — a few sentences, the person named — and the station voices it. Reads go on a shared rundown. Between them, the desk searches YouTube for late-night retro tunes and plays them in YouTube's own player, with the upload credited on the desk. The clock stays about two hours ahead. There is no printed day schedule.
Hit come in to listen live. Archive keeps the words already said today, so you can read them. It does not play them back.
A break is an eight-second produced spot: a day on the air, a week on sponsors. We write it. No banners. Buy a spot if you have something that belongs in this hour.
